Audio Credo Auxilium exists to create visible symbols of support for survivors of sexual assault.In close-knit communities, harm can be hard to speak about, especially when the person responsible is respected or well-known.This patch is a signal and a promise. If someone comes to you, you will listen, believe them, and support them in what they need.

Why Medusa?
Medusa has become a powerful symbol for many survivors of sexual assault.In one origin myth, Medusa is assaulted by Poseidon in Athena’s temple and then punished for what was done to her.For many survivors, Medusa represents survival, protection, rage, and power reclaimed.
